4. Upon receiving your order we will be in contact within 48hours, with PDF proofs for your approval, and an invoice. We may need to call and discuss some things on the order form with you.You will then be required to read and approve our Terms and Conditions.

5. Payment. 50% of quoted amount is payable in advance (non refundable) before production begins, with balance payable on completion, prior to delivery. Payment of the 50% deposit indicates acceptance of our Terms and Conditions Policy. 100% is required on amounts under $100.00. Either enclose a cheque made payable to “Nicole Dawson” or contact us for direct deposit bank account details. Please advise us, as to when payment has been made, so we can check our records, begin production and advise you of approximate delivery date. Items can also be collected from South Morang with a cash payment.
