When should I start planning my wedding stationery?
6 months prior to your wedding is the perfect time to start the process of deciding what you want for your day.


When should I order my stationery?
Placing your order approximately 3-4 months prior allows for finalisation of proofs, production time and mailing your invitations.

Production time can vary depending on the detail of the invitation and the availability of stock.



When should I mail my invitations?
Invitations for a wedding should be sent 8 weeks prior, or 4-6 for other events, then giving your guests 2-4 weeks to respond. This then allows you time to chase up those who haven’t responded, to pass on your final numbers to your chosen venue, and finalise any place-cards and bonbonnierre, if required.


Should I order extra invitations?
Yes! Always allow for a few extra’s for name errors and any last minute invites you may decide to send.


Will I see a proof prior to print production?
Yes. Once an order has been received you will receive a pdf color proof of your digital designs or a pdf proof of your ‘text only’ on any handcrafted designs.


Are my invitations able to be personalised?
Yes! Guest names on all handcrafted invitations are included with the package at no extra charge. Guest names on all digital invitations designs can be included for an additional charge of $100.00 and $50.00 for place-cards.

Please ensure guest/s names are spelt correctly.
They should be supplied as a word file (or similar), typed exactly as you require. ie Mr and Mrs David and Natalie Brown.

We don’t take responsibility for any descripencies.


Is there a minimum order on invitations?
On our digital design is there a minimum order of 30, as it would cost the same to print 10 as it would 30. We can still take orders for smaller quantities, but the minimum charge for 30 will be charged accordingly. On our handcrafted designs there is a minimum order of 20.


How long does an order take?
Please allow between 10-15 business days from approval of your proofs. We will advise if period may be shorter or longer.
Envelopes
Envelopes are included with all invitations and thank you cards.
Address labels
Personalised address labels are also available at an additional charge of 25c per label.

There are 2 options available depending on your design and envelope color choice.
Address details can be printed directly on to your envelope or a white label, depending on envelope size.
Address details should be supplied in a word file (or similar), typed exactly as you require.

We will supply you with a variety of suggestions on how to word your invitations and are most happy to help you make this decision.
